# 100% Sold Out - DAO Formation

At 100% sold we will begin the formation of a DAO. This DAO will serve as a way to gradually turn over governance and control of the Crypto Outlaws over to a decentralized Outlaw council.

The mission of this DAO is to build a mechanism and decision making apparatus for sustainably guiding the NFT collection over the long-term.
